Interview with Warren Cochrane, conducted during the writing of Georgia Tech History, Technology, and Society Professor Ronald H. Bayor's 1996 book Race and the Shaping of Twentieth-Century Atlanta. In this interview, Cochrane discusses issues with encouraging registered African Americans to vote. He served as the executive director of the Butler Street YMCA in the 1940s and 1960s and served as the executive director of the Atlanta Negro Voters League.
