The Aldermanic csarks Committee plans to hold a formal Giscussion of the best lecation for the new Cyclorama at the reguler monthly meeting on August 15, 1967, at 2:00 p.m. in Committee Room No. 2. A number of interested citizens have been asked to attend and give their opinions as to the best location for the Cyclorama. I think it would be very advisable for you or perhaps George Berry to put in an appearance and perhaps discuss the financial edvantages to the City as relates to grant-in-aid credit towards the cost of an urban renewal project or the Model City project. She was discrimated, intimated and threatened with her being fired, until she was forced to resign. She was off one day when her husband was very sick, and about two and a half hours another dey to ¢o to the Health devartment to take her nhysicel. Mgs® Mercherson told her she had been out four days which her atten- dance record would prove is not true. Lynn just graduated from Southwest DeKalb with aver- ace gprades and she so wanted to work for the city, but it seems Mrs. Mercherson had a friend who wanted the job. Lynn had a slight speech defect, from birth and I'm sure this is why she was disctrimated arsinst and I'm sure you being a men of honor can rive her @ fob. I think you should investigate this oftice and if it was not any thing Lynn had done, you should see that she gets a job in some other devartment as she don't want to work for Miss Mercherson again. Dear Mr. Delius: I have a perfect master so t here is no problem about reproducing copies as long as you continue to utilize thisparticular narration. Of course, as wi th the original script, production and music, there is no charge on my par t. if I would hope that eventually an entirely new presentation could be produc ed. That old painting should be given the benefi t of the advanced, state of the art of audioanimat ronics with stereo music and automatic lighting to draw more of those Yankee doll ars through the turnstiles. However, there is a great volume of storm water flowing into this ditch from City property belonging to the Parks ~ r t me ns. I believe, it would relieve the problem of this ditch overflowing onto this person's property if this water was intercepted and directed to Proctor Creek.
