Reference ie made to your letter of July 23, 1969, in which
you inquire about the possibility of the City furnishing |
recreational services to citizens of Atlanta who live in
public housing. 1 believe perhaps that the conclusion you
have reached, that is, “that the only reason such services
ate not supplied to these citizens, is that a definition
of Gity services hes been made that prevents City funds
