FOLLOW-THROUGH SUB-COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS
The Georgia State Legislature is called upon to pass the
following:
A. Provide the Atlanta School System with an increase
in transportation allotment per child in order that
the children attending Headstart, Follow-Through
and schools dealing with the mentally and physically
retarded can travel to and from school safely.
ne Cross-walks be placed at strategic points within the
Follow-Through school areas for the protection of
the children.
@. Patrol ladies be provided for these cross-walks;
also these ladies be hired from the target area of
- the community.
