_ In his letter of resignation,
Parham, who has headed EOA
for the past two vears, said he
hopes to devote his time to
“matters of long-time prefes-
sional interest, such as child
welfare, crime and delinquen-
cy and income maintenance for
the poor.”
THE EOA BOARD of direc-
tors, accepting Parham’'s resig-
nation ‘‘with very “zep regret,”
said he has been “an able ad-
ministrator and a_ sensitive
humanist.’
