Please note the portion of the attached minutes
pertaining to Model Cities NDP activities (commencing
at middle of second page).
This appears a serious matter to me, which should
be resolved soon by the Model Cities Executive Board.
Mr. Openshaw told the HRC yesterday that he does
not have a clear cut mandate yet to resume activities that
have been suspended for four weeks.
