I am taking the liberty of sending you and the others listed below a
draft of our recommendations for Phase II. These basically cover the
pointe we discussed on my visit to your office on the week of May 19.

I would appreciate any comments you have on these recommendations.
We are wrapping up our report within the next week.

Our team certainly enjoyed working in Atlanta, and we are all eagerly
looking forward to Phase II.
