In gegard to the question listed in your letter of April 10,
researched the matter, and the city’s position ae set
Mr. Dan Sweat is that the new 2-story housing center
for the Model Cities complex is to be considered by the
ity as @ temporary relocatable structure.

building and believe that the structure should be considered as
one which could be, and will be, relocated to another site upen
cancellation of the lease at the presently proposed lecation.
