Dear Mr. Carlton:
The request from the Georgia Power Company to install
security lights on private property without conforming to
the requirements of the City of Atlanta Electrical Code
was considered by the Building Committee of the Board of
Aldermen on April 23, 1969.
The decision of the Committee was to deny the request
that the Georgia Power Company be exempt from complying
with the City of Atlanta Electrical Code.
