OF KNOXVILLE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO DIS-
CRIMINATE AGAINST A PERSON WITH REGARD
TO MEMBERSHIP OR THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
IN ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE ADVERTISING, SALE ©
_ OR RENTAL OF REAL PROPERTY BECAUSE OF RACE,
COLOR, RELIGION OR NATIONAL ORIGIN. 1

WHEREAS, an emorgency exists in that it is necessary ui

SEGTION 1: That the Godo of the City of Knoxville,
Tennessee, is herebyiamended by adding a section to be numbered
