Attached is a memorandum from Mr. Cc. M. Smith
Assistant Building Official, concerning your letter
of several days ago.
I don't seem to be able to understand your problem,
and would suggest that you try to take it up with
Mr. Wofford, or with the Building Committee;that
is provided for this purpose.
If this course is not satisfactory, I will be glad to
meet with you and Mr. Wofford and try to get a
better knowledge of what you are talking about.
