Dear Mrs. Hall:

We are concerned about the conditions to which you referred in your

letter to Mayor Allen of August 10 and would like to have from you |
some more details. I would appreciate your telephoning our office

at 522-4463, Ext. 433 or 434, and giving additional information to
Mrs. Thomas.

We will be grateful to you for giving us these specific details which
will enable us to correct some of these conditions. You will be
helping not only your own children, but others who have had similar
experiences. It is only through the help of public minded citizens
like yourself that we can make progress in these areas.
