Dear Dr, Hackney:
At the public hearing held by the new Community Relations Commission of the
city of Atlanta, Mr. Lewis Holmes Sr., a resident of the Reynoldstown area,
who is in the “home & business improvement" business reported instances of
unsanitary conditions and practices in some of the small stores in that area,
where he has done repair and renovation work.
Mr. Holmes said he would welcome an opportunity to give the pertinent details
to the appropriate officials. We will appreciate you advising use or Mr. Lewis
Holmes of the proper procedure for him to follow to have this condition looked
into.
