in which you transmitted to us a copy of the 1970 pro-
posed Urban Corps Program, and you requested that we

present this matter to the Finance Committee for their

consideration.

I certainly agree with your thoughts that the Urban
Corps is certainly a valuable program to the City and
should receive some funding from the City for 1970.
