Mr. Sam Williams, Director
Atlanta Urban Corps

30 Courtland Street, N.E.
Atlanta, Georgia 30303

Dear Mr. Williams:

As you know, the summer phase of Rent-a-Kid will end on
August 22. We are presently engaged in pulling together
the statistical and narrative evaluation of the project's
effectiveness.

I believe that Rent-a-Kid is the only agency participating

in your program this summer which is entirely dependent on
interns for its operation. Therefore, I would like to take
this opportunity to express my thanks to The Atlanta Urban
Corps for the superb staff with which you provided us. With-
out exception, each of the ten interns on the Rent-a-Kid
staff have displayed great initiative, dedication, enthusiasm
and reliability. I feel that the high degree of success we
achieved in this summer's efforts is evidence of the quality
of their work.

If they are a random sampling of the Atlanta Urban Corps
interns, surely the entire city has benefited immeasurably
through your efforts this summer.

Thank you very much.

Cordially,
