Dear Mr. Williams:

I am writing in reference to your fall intern pro-
gram, per your correspondence of August 13, 1969.

At this time, we find ourselves unable to partici-
pate in this program during the fall period, September
29 through December 19, 1969. However, we are still
vitally interested in participating in the summer season
program.

We would be interested in up to eight interns to
work as resident summer counselors to work at one of our
three summer camp operations. All of our camps are out-
side of metropolitan Atlanta, the furtherest one being
located eight miles south of Covington. I have specified
distance involved because we had some minor trouble during
the past summer with intern payroll, etc.

May I take this opportunity to commend you and all
personnel involved in the Atlanta Urban Corps for a fine
job that you are doing.
