certainly use both at a time like the present.

I am encouraged to learn of your job development program
and of the fact that you do have employment available. I
strongly suggest that you call Charlie Emmerich who is
Director of the Economic Opportunity Program. This fits
right in line with some of Mr. Emmerich's ideas of what
he and his organization is attempting to do and I believe
that he will be able to offer you some help and you will be
able to provide a real service to this community.
