Everett H. Davidson = 5196 OX80W ROAD—SMOKERISE & STONE MOUNTAIN, GEORGIA 20083 ~~ ‘io
RESIDENCE 939-8863 o@ OFFICE 482-5811 |
October 14, 1966
Mr. Paul Muldawer, Architect
900 Peachtree Street, N. E,
Atlanta, Georgia
Mr. Muldawer, I had intended writing you before now but, having
been out of the city quite a bit recently, my correspondence has 3
suffered.
Reese Cleghorn's editorial, ''Will Ghost Streets of Atlanta Live Again?"
was more than casually interesting tome. The fact is, I've walked
and driven the alleys of our underground city many times and have
always wondered why their potential has not yet been exploited,
When convenient with you, I would be extremely interested in delving
into this as a possible investment opportunity - either individually or
as part of a group. With this in mind, Iam wondering if you would be
kind enough to give me a call (482-8811). In the event Iam out, please
ask for my secretary, Mrs. Betty Nuckolls, who can generally reach
me within a few hours,
Many thanks in advance for your cooperation, and looking forward to
hearing from you, Iam
