Dear Mr. Laws:
We are pleased that progress is being made in the organization of a
coordinating committee for the Nash-Bans area, In order to keep the Mayor
and Aldermen fully informed, I would like to request the following:
Information concerning the organization you referred to in your letter
of July 6, and a list of committee chairmen and something about the make-
up of the committee and also information about how you have approached the
task of establishing this organization. Based on this information, Alder-
man Cook and myself will be glad to work with you in setting up a meeting
date.
