bat aircraft, Postell and

Dear Sir:
Please considersthis a formal request from the City of
Atlanta to acquire a demilitarized surplus combat aircraft
for installation on a playlot located within the City of
Atlanta in a disadvantaged area known as Vine City, and
more particularly located at Postell and Roads Streets, N.W.
If this request is approved, the undersigned will arrange
with the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Atlanta
to have passed a resolution to authorize the Mayor or the
undersigned to accept title and responsibility for the
danated property.
In addition, we are in a position and will sign in compliance
with the Civil Rights Law an assurance that there will be no
discrimination exercized in connection with the donated pro-
perty.
