Dear John:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter of April 1lth
pertaining to the possibility of a contractural arrangement
whereby our Parks Department might be of some assistance
to you in your beautification program.
We are referring this matter to Mr. Jack Delius, General
Manager of our Parks, and either Mr. Delius or I will
advise you as to the possibility of such an arrangement.
