Dear Tom:

Confirming our verbal conversation, I wish for you to place
on notice the sbove contractor that he is drastically behind
in his schedule of construction. The contract, date, I be-
lieve, November 4, 1965 calls for the work to be completed
in no more than 270 consecutive calendar days. Of course,
there have been several change orders to the contract, and
they have necessarily caused slight delays, By copy of this
letter I am roquesting the Comptroller to forward to your
office the original contract with all supporting documents.
