Dear Mr. Allen:
On behalf of our Park employees, I want to sincerely
thank you and the other officials of City government
for granting substantial and generous raises in most
instances to our personnel. I feel that this is the
best money that we have ever spent in that I am sure
it will reduce turn-over, add better continuity to
our personnel and make for higher morale.
I particularly appreciate my own personal raise and
will strive to do as good a job as possible during
1967.
