PARKS COMMITTEE

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA,
That the Land Agent be and he is hereby authorized and directed to have an
appraisal made on certain property of the City of Atlanta known as the
SANDY CREEK PROPOSED PARK SITE located in Land Lot 268 of the 17th District
of Fulton County, Georgia; all costs necessary to carry out the intent of
this resolution to be charged to and paid from Account G-34-62-778-J-1.
