Dear Johnny:
Attached is a check payable to Transport Clearings, Inc.
in the amount of $1,540.00 to cover the shipping cost for
the Model Cities share of the paint given to the City through
the President's Council on Youth Opportunity.
This is in line with our conversation whereby you have assured
me that this advance of funds from the Southern Council on
International and Public Affairs will be reimbursed from
Model Cities Project funds as. soon as such funds have been
released to the City from the Department of Housing and Urban
Development.
