& Enclosed for your information is a copy of a memorandum to Opie L. Shelton,
relative to last Friday's meeting of the Human Resources Development Group. Mr.
Shelton suggested a copy be forwarded to you.
S This organization is made up of representatives of five agencies: Our Atlanta
Chamber, the City of Atlanta, Economic Opportunity Atlanta, the Community Chest,
and the Community Council of the Atlanta Area. John C. Wilson and I represent the
Chamber.
w The slide presentation referred to was developed over a period of time in
which the Group has discussed in some detail ways of meeting the problems of un-
employment and underemployment. We think the presentation could be useful in
planning the program for the meeting of the Urban Coalition group here on December 13.
