Bear Mr. Allen:
First let me sey hew happy I was when you were
elected Mayor. It was a very fine thing for
someone of your caliber to offer for public
effice. You hed my sympathy when the bend issue
failed, and it seemed as thought Atlenta had
decided to go backwerd instead of forward.
But now we come to the wall. I refer of course
to the barricade at Peyton Rd. I understand why
it was erected, but understending it doesn't
make it right. We mst not have ean unnatural
barrier in our city.
I hope that some solution will soon be reached
and that the wall will be taken dewn.
