Dear Rev. Alligood:

Thank you very much for your kind letter and
pleasant commendation. It is certainly most
acceptable at this point.

It is quite easy for people to have high ideals,

to which I thoroughly subscribe and support;

but sometimes those people are not faced with

the harsh realities of local situations. Idealists
usually fail to see both sides in a local situation.
When they learn to do this we will be able to move
much faster in all fields.
