In today's mail we received your letter of December | confirming agreements
between Milwaukee Braves, Inc. and the Stadium Authority with reference to acquisition
of the Atlanta franchise. Your letter restates the writer's understanding of the oral
agreement you had with Arthur Montgomery, the Authority Chairman.

Arthur is out of the country, but will be back in Atlanta early next week.
By copy of this letter, 1 am forwarding your letter along to him in ease he has any
comments on this agreement as expressed by exchange of correspondence.
