TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Today I received a call from a person who identified himself as
being Mr. Gordon, Sales Manager for the Calloway Realty Co. He stated
that the purpose of this call was to see if he could come by and talk
with us about selling our home. He stated that he already had listings

in our area for sale to colored. He also stated and—impiied that this
area was definitely "going colored". I also know of-other people: in our

area who received calls the same day from Mr. Gordons

I do hereby certify that the above facts are true and correct to the
best of my knowledge.
