We, the Methodist ministers of the Atlanta-Marietta District, wish
to make known our high praise anddeep appreciation for the way in
which Mayor Ivan Allen of Atlanta conducted himself during the recent
racial disturbance. Furthermore, we pledge our support to the Mayor
as he seeks to maintain law and order and justice in our citye
