with the abutting property for a park.
On August 18, 1969, we sent you a legal description of the
property involved.
If you will prepare the Deed of Conveyance
for the consideration of $600, and present it with 4 certified
copy of the Resolution to Mr. Ralph Montgomery, Escrow Depart~
ment, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, 30 Pryor Street, S. W.,
we can conclude the transaction.
