Development with the action proposal for 1979.

15. Ys it possible to train conmmunity people to handle cer-
tain jobs associated with uxban refevelopment which will
become available during the next few years?

16. Wheh will the amount of money available for Vine City
urban renewal be known and how will the amount be deter-
minecé? Is. there any way for the PAC to indluenece the size
of the grant?

17. Will a house which is in good condition be subject to
urban renewal because of the pcor condition of the houses
which surround it?

18. When will home owners be told whether their house is
subject to rehabilitation or clearance?

19. It should be made clear to Mr. Onenshaw that work in
Area 35 should be_completely finished before any clearai.ce
or work is begun in Area 34. In this regard the PAC
should know how much money if any, will be lost by pro-
ceeding in this manner.
