Lester Maddox as the lesser of two evils, afker seeing the way you and yo-
ur henchmen handled the Rebs resturant mess and you violating vour cath in
showing special favor to the negro ball player wife giving her your person-
al apoliev.
The policemen should have never been suspended in the first place wi-
th out a hearing and it goes withous saying that if the negro was due an a-
poligy they should not have been reinstated.
If I should be so uncomplimentary in my remarks about you as you hav?
been by calling over four hundred thousand fine Georgians stupid, ignorant
implying we were dislovs1 to the state of Georgia, I might say that you we-
re an arrogant, egotistical Damn fool.
