You are certainly to be congratulated and commended for
your statement before the Committee on Commerce, having
reference to Senate bill 1732.

It was a masterful presentation and took a great deal
of courage (but you are not lacking in this). For many years
I have had a very high regard for you as a leader in business

Mayor of this City as you evidence outstanding qualities of
