Gentlemen:

We are attachirg a drawing which gives the details of this
new offering of four fully developed single family building
lots in our West End Urban Redevelopment Area.

Proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of one or more

of these lots are to be opened at 10:00 A. M. o'clock on

April 23, 1969. If acceptable proposals for all of these

lots are not received, we shall continue to receive proposals

and to open them as received for a period of twelve months or

until all of the lots are sold. Proposals must be made on our
forms which are available upon request.

The pre-established sales prices as set forth in the sales
brochure are very reasonable and are the values that will be

attributed to the lots for FHA mortgage insurance purposes.

If you would like the proposal forms or need additional informa-
tion, please advise us.

Remember, we shall gladly pay a sales commission in accordance
with the schedule suagested by the Atlanta Real Estate Board.
