After inspecting the land which you own adjacent
to the Greenbriar Shopping Center and the plan
which you have developed for the construction
of garden apartments, I agree with you that
the highest and best use of this land would be
for multiresidential development.
Although we are most limited in funds available
for investment at this time, when, as, and if
the zoning change is approved and you are ready
to discuss financing, I would like an opportunity
to consider mortgage financing.
