Dear Rankin:
I had a most pleasant conversation with Mayor
Robert King High of Miami regarding Saturday's
game between the Falcons and the Dolphins. Let
me say that I assured Mayor High that we are
coming down to Miami to win!
I should like to ask you to serve as my official
representative in any ceremonies planned this
week-end and accept any gifts on behalf of the
City of Atlanta.
