Thank you so much for sending me a copy of your
Housing Resources Committee report. The need
for better housing on a large scale remains one
of the priority items of unfinished business on
our national agenda. The progress that you are
making in Atlanta should serve as an inspiration
to municipalities throughout the nation.

Your invitation to speak to "Resurgens" was indeed
flattering. As much as I would like to meet with
your group, however, unfortunately my schedule
makes it impossible to consider at this time. But
I shall certainly keep it in mind, should the op-
portunity to accept present itself in the future.
