Dear Ivan:
I thought you would be interested in John Ottley's reactions.
After working out with the Braves (they gave me my release) I
stopped in Miami and Jacksonville to get a first hand rundown
on their metropolitan governments. Very soon I am going to
Nashville and Toronto to do the same research there.
Last week I spent an afternoon reviewing some ideas with Phil
Hammer and it was very useful.
