As Chairman of the Board, I would like to ex-
press my appreciation for your vote of confidence
in the Special Executive Committee Meeting for the
contract with Model Neighborhood, Incorporated. I
want to assure you that all of the Board members
will work hard to make this project a success. We
are seeking to have our project to be one of the
things Atlanta can be proud of and one of the things
that you can point to in the future with pride.

man committee that you appointed. The Board have
