Dear Mr. Whelon:
The 1969 Summer Urban Corps Procram has been most beneficial to
the Water Department. A great deal has been accomplished on our
projects involving, individual research by the students. We could
not have undertaken this extra work without Urben Corns workers.
It is our hope that a limited program can be maintained durine the,
fall and that additional projects can be undertaken next summer.
Sincerely,
