Dear Mr. Williams:

During the summer the Law Department has participated in the interm
program, and Miss Joan Hollenbach has been the intern assigned to
the Law Department.

We have found the intern program to be an excellent one. Miss
Hollenbach has performed able research on behalf of the attorneys
in the office and has contributed substantially to the work of the
Law Department. As to be expected, the intern also learns in the
performance of this program but, at the same time, it enables the
other attorneys on the staff to perform other duties, thereby in-
creasing the amount of work turned out by the Law Department.

Depending upon the decision of the City of Atlanta to participate
further in this program, we would be interested in having a fall
intern should the City decide to participate. We feel that it is
an excellent program beneficial to both the intern and the employer.

Yours very truly,

Pa
