interesting. Economic Opportunity Atlanta has similar
projects going on in Atlanta neighborhoods. I would suggest

Opportunity Atlanta (phone 525.4262), about your ideas.
Dan Sweat of my staff has been discussing possible new
programs of help in housing projects with the Housing Authority
and EOA personnel lately and you might also be interested in
