Dear Mr. Delius:

The old Adamsville Health Center has been appraised. Is
the City of Atlanta still interested in purchasing same?
A substantial offer has been made for private use, with
payment deferred over a long period of time. However,
it may be desirable to get the property back on the tax
rolls.

For this reason we would like to have a definite expression
from the City of Atlanta concerning the acquisition of this
property.
