Dear Mr. Delius:

While we will probably occupy the new Adamsville Health
Center by June, we are obligated under the terms of our
contract with the State Health Department to continue use
of the old health center for public health purposes only
until the fall of next year, and we may find it necessary
to use the building even after that because many of our
programs are on the verge of major expansion.

We know of your need and interest regarding additional
facilities in this area, and we will bear them in mind if
we are able to release the building in the near future.
