Dear Arthur:
This is in regards to your letter from Jack Haynes
relative to the commemorative plaque for the
Stadium.
I should think we would leave the design and
inscription to the discretion of the architects
since they have had considerable experience with
such designs. i would think, however, that this
plaque would be installed and actually unveiled as
part of the dedication exercises on July 29th.
