MODEL CITIES PAINT CAMPAIGNIGUIDELINES
1. Each neighborhood paint committee will assume the responsibility
for selection of housés to be painted, acting upon pledge
cards, and arranging for paint to be distributed within their
community.
2. Absentee landlords will not be eligible for paint.
3. Each individual wishing to apply for paint must agree to sign
pledge card, which must then be approved by paint committee
