Dear Jerry:
With regard to your letter of August 15th concerning the administrative
and organizational relationships between the Youth Council Staff and
the administrative staff of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen, please
be assured that we will cooperate with the Director of the Youth
Council and the Board to insure maximum results from the Youfit
Council work.
Iam not sure if we have clearly resolved the organizational position
of the Youth Council Director. Maybe this can be done dt an early
date. In the meantime, we will communicate with Mr. Dinkins and
be available to assist him in those areas where he needs help from
the City's administrative organization.
