| believe that the points raised in this letter are those which are on

the minds of many of our citizens. They, es well as !, support the efforts
of the Authority to provide adequate housing for our citizens. This ts good,
but more must be done. Physical housing must be complemented by the human
element, and this is the basis of the class and my Interest, and the purpose
of raising these issues.
